This one principle has made my life very easy because whenever I get worried over something, I start thinking that at the same time there are people who are dying because of hunger, there are people who do not have shelter to live in, there are people who are being beaten by the cruel ones. and look at me I have all these things, sitting in a room over a comfortable bed in a secure house having healthy food and still cursing my life for just a small issue? 

All of us curse our lives because of these small issues in life but believe me when you ask someone who is dying and has only one day to live, to take your worries and life then he/she will happily take your life and will still be the happiest person in the world.

If you want to end STRESS, ANXIETY, WORRIES and DEPRESSION then 
MAKE A HABIT OF COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS
AT LEAST ONCE A DAY and say thanks to your God. 
If you start doing this only then you will realize that how rich you are than your thoughts!
